Moxie: the ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage
If you happen across a Charleston Post and Courier today, be sure to check out the Moxie section. I am proud to be featured as this week’s guest columnist.
Click here to read: “Age is relative… life is right now.”
Let me and the ladies at Moxie know what you think.

So proud of you! Just read your article in the Post and Courier. Keep writing my dear because many will be empowered to LIVE OUT LOUD!
You inspire me to be a better person!
Hey Angie, this article really resonates with me! I can totally relate to the “analysis paralysis” syndrome and heightened awareness of seeing life pass by after suffering certain losses in life. Reading Tolle had the same impact on me, inspiring me to live in the moment. Great essay!
I read this to my sister who has just been placed in a home hospice program. She was touched by your enjoy-each-day message, and now she spends more time sitting on her back porch noticing things that she might have missed. You have quite a voice and a message for all of us.

Angie, I read the actual story in the paper last week. I could relate to it totally! When I lost my brother Trip in a tragic accident, I realized that death does not discriminate. It was as if I had been living with blinders on. His death took those blinders off of me. I think I actually started “living” when he died. I realized that every day is precious and we MUST live it like it is our last. I hold onto the precious memories and miss him dearly but I know he is why I am the person that I am today! Thanks for sharing about your grandmother! I hope the family is doing well and can’t wait to hear about the NEW addition! Peace and Love!
