We are reading a book in my Sunday school class, "A Thankful Heart" by Carole Lewis. It's been said that this book is "a gift to those who have felt overwhelmed by circumstances." One of her exercises is to write down five things that your are thankful for each day. I am REALLY enjoying it and it touches on your latest writing. Pick it up if you get the chance.
